“Embarking on my professional journey at 14, I initially assisted in a family business. At 19, I entered the world of Accounts, initiating my career in finance. Despite uncertain career goals after completing Business Management studies, an enticing work experience at Burton Bandini led to an offered position. Joining as an Apprentice in 2018, I completed AAT Levels 2 and 3 and am currently pursuing Level 4. In my role as a bookkeeper and trainee accountant, I collaborate closely with Mo, enhancing my knowledge. This journey reflects my commitment to continuous learning, anticipating future contributions to finance and accounting.”

“My background is in banking, foreign exchange, and HR.  I branched out into bookkeeping and that is how I met Carol – at a planning consultants in Stony Stratford.  In 2007 we set up our own company after our employers were taken over.  My role is managing the practice and carrying out book keeping and payroll duties.

Away from BBL I do a lot of swimming (including cold water swimming) and I am big into rugby union (watching not playing!).  Most weekends during the season I can be found on the terraces in Northampton where I am a season ticket holder.”

“Carol started her finance career with the National Bus Company In Northampton as a wages clerk moving to Midland Red as payroll manager when de-nationalisation took place. She then joined Blue Boar Motorways as a management accountant and took her qualifications with their support. Later she then worked for 2 former directors in their property business. It was here that she did consulting work with Hepher Dixon Planning, later working for them and met Beverley. When Savilles bought out the company Carol and Bev set up BBL and the rest is history!”

Beginning my accounting career in 2003, I completed AAT studies in 2006. With practical experience as an account assistant in an accounts practice, I explored diverse roles, including purchase ledger clerk, credit controller, and payroll administrator.

In 2021, I joined Burton Bandini Ltd as an account assistant, engaging in bookkeeping, payroll, CIS returns, and VATs, expanding my expertise. The collaborative environment and positive team at Burton Bandini provide a continuous learning experience.

Outside work, I find fulfilment in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and spending quality time with my family and dogs.”

With a background in Accountancy and Business Administration, I began my professional journey as a bookkeeper at Pars Paper Plc while pursuing my BA degree.

After completing my studies, I progressed to the role of Financial Manager at Bahman Group, driven by personal ambitions to explore opportunities beyond my homeland.

Fuelled by a deep passion for accountancy, I pursued and earned the ACCA qualification in the UK.

Since 2016, I have contributed my expertise to Burton Bandini, specialising in final accounts, self-assessment, and tax advisory services for clients.

Beyond my professional life, I find joy in swimming and am a dedicated football fan.

This journey underscores my commitment to excellence in the financial sector, and I eagerly anticipate ongoing personal and professional growth.”
